This post is an opt-out for two things: Roxy's powers (her magic can't directly harm another person, but she is capable of teleporting and transmuting other people, and some minor mind control - think Genie from Aladdin for a basic idea), and her habit of occasionally teleporting right to somebody during a network conversation without invitation.
